Refunds

What you buy

Credits are a one-time purchase in US dollars. There is no subscription and no billing cycle. Nothing renews, and credits do not expire.

1 credit: $2.00
3 credits: $4.99
10 credits: $9.99

One AI headshot uses one credit. One ID photo uses one credit. The same prices are on the pricing page. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Cancellation

There is no plan to cancel. Stop using the site whenever you want. Deleting an account, where that option is available, does not by itself refund unused credits. Ask for a refund by email, as below.

Email support@photoidlab.com within 14 days of the purchase. Include the account email and the approximate time of the charge.

Unused credits. We refund the unused part of that purchase to the original payment method through Stripe.
Used credits. A credit already spent on a completed headshot or ID photo is not refunded. The service was delivered.
Failed generation. If a headshot fails, that credit goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need a separate refund for that credit.
Duplicate charge. If the same pack was charged twice, we refund the duplicate.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to process an approved refund within 7 business days.
