600×600 px सच में कहाँ चाहिए
600×600 is not a printed size, it is an upload size. Two applications ask for it often enough to have become the main reasons people search for it:
- US visa — DS-160. A square JPEG between 600×600 and 1200×1200 pixels, no larger than 240 kB.
- Indian e-visa. A square JPEG from 350×350 px up, minimum 10 kB and maximum 300 kB. 600×600 sits inside both limits.

600×600 clears the US minimum exactly and lands inside the Indian range. If the form you are filling in only says "square photo", 600×600 is almost always accepted.

Upload forms reject photos on three separate checks, and fixing one doesn't fix the others:
